Why do some people say that the Bible is just a book of Folklore?

because the bible is full of stories ped on from person to person and written by men who have their own perceptions of the events and thus it represents a fairytale book which is folklore and myth. folklore and myths are stories ped on from generations to generations which are about mythical creatures and magic and if you think about it these properties of what catergorises folklore and myth relate to the bible. But everyone can believe what they want to, have faith and the bible is not myth is it real to people.
