I deleted all my pictures in my camera!?

Please help me . I am begging for help ! :( My camera is Panasonic Lumix DMC- FS6 . I was clicking and clicking until i deleted all my pictures. The other problem is, I dont know how to change the language of this. PLEASE HELP .
