Air force bop do I HAVE to reenlist?

I am a 6 year enlistee and just past my 3 year mark and I am interested in doing bop, I dont want to reenlist but i was wondering if it is necessary to reenlist even though i still have 3 years of retainabbility for the air force. or could i get bop without reenlisting?
