How come Bush jr is claiming Iraq is not a civil war when soldiers on the ground say it is?

Here's the real truth. Bush doesn't want to call it a civil war because congress would demand we pull out and let the Sunni and the Shittes fight it out. He doesn't want to do that because there would be a strong possibility Iran and or Syria would jump in and slaughter the Sunni and take over the oil fields. He wants to stay and occupy the country until they get the oil deals worked out.
