What's Bulgaria like to live in for an English person?

I really don't know how it would be for an English person ( I'm Bulgarian) but we are nice people, especially nice to foreigners. Language may be a problem, though, personally, I know many people who speak fluent English. Also, Bulgaria doesn't have many extras, e.g. a lot of highways and stuff but it's a wonderful place for nature lovers. It's cheap to live there. Salaries vary, depending on the place you live in, but in general - low, compared to other EU countries. However, life is calm, time goes by slowly for most people. We enjoy ourselves. Bulgaria is totally loveable.
