Can anyone help find my dad?

trying to find my father only information i have is his full name kenneth arthur harris, he was married to my mother in 1972, date of divorce unknown, he was born near birmingham and is believed to be still living near there, does anyone know if i can find his date of birth from marriage certificate if so how would i find a copy of this....many thanks.
