Broken blood vessels and bruising common?

i have had blood vessels break for no reason, usually on the backs of my hands and tops of my feet, my entire life. it happens without hitting anything, i notice it when i feel the stinging. is this common? also over the past few years i feel i bruise easier than i used to and they last longer (i'm in my 30s). my latest concern it broken blood vessels in my eyes. has anyone else had this happen as they got older? btw, i don't drink, don't smoke, exercise regularly and eat nutritious food. thanks
