How do you know if a pecan pie is cooked completely?

I cooked one in an electric stove oven (not lil countertop oven) at 350 for approx. 1hr and 15 mins. Still looks a lil watery in the center. Im wondering if maybe its because its still hot. Thanks in advance!!
