Can you help?

i just got my contacts for the first time yesturday i am having problems with them i would call the eye doc but they are not in today how do i tell if they rong side out after i wear them for a lil bit things get blurry then after a while i can see a lil better but then it gets blurry agin what to do help does that mean i have them in wrong
