Who is better overall (getting the job done, training, speed, accuracy etc..)?

The SBS or the US Navy Seals, and Delta vs SAS, i realize that delta was made from the SAS, but i think from 1970 they've moved on to their own training are getting alot better, and as for the SBS and navy seals, i just think the navy seals are alot better trained what are your opinions?
