Question for ladies...?

Right im sure im pregnant.. because i have missed a period..i should have come on 8/9 days ago now and still no sign of blood!..my are sore and ive been feeling sick but its later on in the afternoon!..however, i have been having period pains like i have never had before..im never late coming on my period and i missed a few pills last month.. i know most people will say take a test..but i cant seem to bring myself round to buying one..incase someone i know sees me and tells my mum or boyfriend before i do!.. does it sound like im pregnant? ino your not going to know for definate but i just need advice! thanks x
