Is law school worth it for me?

I am not the greatest orator. I am not the most avid reader but I really enjoy writing and have been told I write very well. I really enjoy history and government. Most of all I love the process of law, the intricacies. I have also gotten into aviation as a hobby and obtained a private pilot license. I would like to see myself flying for a living, but I'm not sure of the job security in that. So, I'm at a crossroads right now, I don't know what to do after college, pursue a law degree and go with what I love or pursue a commercial pilot license and go with what I also love. What are your thoughts on the advantages and disadvantages of each industry and the job market for each in the coming future?
