I'm afraid to die! What's going to happen once we die!?

I'm 15 and I been thinking when we die is it all nothingness? I don't want that! I wanna be with my family with dog with my friends! I'm afraid! I'm a catholic and I believe in afterlife! Im just afraid please tell me there Is a afterlife i don't want a eternity of nothingness...
