How can I get the smell of smoke out from my car?

I lent my car to my relative and in return they tried to cover up the smell of smoke with a flowery bathroom spray. I've cleaned the car top to bottom and vacuumed everything. But the inside of the car and the fabric car seats still reek of cigarettes and the spray. Is there anything else I can do to get the smell out, that would also be inexpensive?
