A woman is claiming my husband fathered her grandson?

ok the mother of a woman that my husband used to work with is claiming that he fathered her grandson and i for sure know he didnt because i worked with him but she claims he is. well anyway she arranged a paternity test to be made my husband went to his appoinment they told him they would let him know in a wek, a week ped by nothing two weeks and still nothing well it went on for a month and finally my husband went to go see what was taking them so long and they said that they had no record of him ever showing up for the test. we later found out through a friend that she has family and friends working there helping her out and also she told us that she was going to make him the father and that she knew he wasnt the father at all that all she wants is his money. the facility told him he has to pay $500 to retest. is there anyway he can handle this situation in court? or would we be better of getting a lawyer? PLEASE HELP!!
