What does a thick walled trabeculated bladder mean?

my daughter had a cystoscopy an it revealed the above but doesnt explain what it means? botox was injected but this as not made any difference and is still suffering i do not know what to do next? it is a hugh problem as she is special needs so this is causin severe challenging behaviour leaving us both frustrated any advice would be much appreciated thankyou
