Should i start another amoxicillin cycle?

I recently had a sinus infection and went on amoxicillin for it. I took all 30 pills but took a few doses later than i should have (3). Now when i cough, the mucous is still thick and yellowish white instead of clear as my allergies would normally produce. Is this residual or could i be susceptible to a relapse?
