I have lost 30 pounds and ever since I have been drinking protein shakes to gain muscle I have quit losing weight. I run and lift 3 days a week. I also spend 3-5 working out a week in various forms of MMA training such as jiu jitus, judo, muy tai, etc. My body fat has went from 25% to 15%. I would like for it to be around 10% or less.
