Is my dog gay or not?

I call him Coochi...because he always get hump by male dogs and when he see a male dog he likes the othe dog weaner like crazy. He does it to my dog but my dog beats him up for doing that(I love my dog). He avoids female dogs and Coochi actually is delicate like a female and cries like one. Is he gay or not. Please don't give me the B.S. of dogs shows dominance to each other.
