Am I really such a bad person?

Hello, in order for you to understand my situation I have to give you a little background info. I am married to an indian man who is the only son (I am indian as well). In our culture there is no such thing as a retirement fund. Our parents take care of us when we are little and it is the son and daughter in laws responsiability to take care of them when they are old. My inlaws do not have a house of their own so when my husband and I got married we moved into an apartment because there just wasn't enough room for all of us. My husband and I are planning on buying a house and my husband feels like he needs to ask them to come stay with us. My husband and my father in law are always ing heads so I already know it will be a bad situation if we were to all move in together. We enjoy living on our own and having our own privacy but I was willing to give all that up to have them come live with us. A few days ago my FiL said some mean things about me to my husband and really just turned me off all together. He didn't say it to my face but I was just as hurt as if he did say it to my face. My husband told my FiL that he needs to apologize to him but he has yet to do so. I doubt he ever will. This isn't the first time he had said something bad about me. He has said some mean things to my family members about me. After all this my husband is insisting we let them live with us due to our customs. I told my husband that I would rather stay in an apartment for the rest of my life then buy a house and have them come stay with us. What do you think I should do? Should I buy and have them come stay with us? Or should I pay rent and not have to deal with my inlaws drama? P.S. I dont have a problem with my mother in law. She is nice just a little annoying at times.

Have you watered it too much? Have you watered it too little? Is it getting too much sun? Too little sun? Are you supporting the plant so it won't fall over? Orchids are famously very finicky and fragile. I wouldn't panic until more leaves start dropping. Did you fertilize it too much or too little? Loud stereos sometimes make plants die, as do putting coffee, cream, tea leftovers in there,

Hasn't the Geneva Convention created some sort of laws against the killing of pirates?

They would have tried to crucify Bush. The Geneva Convention is horribly out dated it needs to be gone over and a few changes made here an there, but then the US and Western Europe are the only people that follow the Geneva Convention.
